AI Workflow Architect

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of AI Workflow Architect and its supported assistant integrations. By using the service, you agree to treat its outputs as professional planning material that requires validation before implementation.

01 · Service scope

What AI Workflow Architect provides

AI Workflow Architect helps analyse business workflows and prepare future-state automation plans. Depending on available features and access, it may provide an Architecture Readiness Preview, a Complete Automation Blueprint, implementation-planning material, generated architectures, build packs and follow-up refinements.

The service does not itself guarantee implementation, operate your business process, access external systems without separate authorisation or make operational decisions on your behalf.

02 · Informational planning

Use professional judgement

Outputs are informational and intended to support professional workflow, automation and implementation planning. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, cybersecurity, employment, compliance, procurement or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for validating outputs against your organisation's policies, contracts, technical environment, data requirements, security controls, legal obligations, budget and risk tolerance before acting on them.

03 · Outcomes and limitations

No guaranteed ROI or implementation success

AI Workflow Architect does not guarantee cost savings, revenue growth, return on investment, delivery times, system compatibility, successful implementation or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside the service, including the quality of the information provided, organisational readiness, technical constraints, chosen tools and implementation decisions.

A blueprint may not identify every dependency, exception, legal obligation, security requirement or operational risk. It should be treated as a structured starting point for discovery and implementation planning.

04 · Inputs and validation

Outputs depend on the workflow context

You are responsible for providing information you are authorised to use and for checking that it is accurate enough for the requested analysis. Incomplete, outdated or inconsistent workflow information can produce incomplete or unsuitable recommendations.

Before implementation, the people responsible for operations, information security, privacy, compliance, finance and technology should review the parts of the blueprint relevant to them.

05 · Acceptable use

Use the service responsibly

You agree not to:

  • submit passwords, API keys, private tokens or authentication credentials;
  • submit personal, confidential or regulated information you are not authorised to use;
  • use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful or abusive activity;
  • attempt to interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, reverse engineer or misuse the service;
  • misrepresent an output as a formal certification, legal opinion, security audit or guaranteed implementation specification;
  • use the service to make high-impact decisions about individuals without appropriate human review and lawful safeguards;
  • copy, repackage or resell the service itself without written permission.
06 · Accounts and entitlements

Access belongs to the authorised account

Some features require an authenticated AI Workflow Architect account and an existing entitlement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, using the correct organisation and ensuring that anyone acting through the account is authorised to do so.

Feature access, allowances and usage limits may vary by account or organisation. Connecting an account through a supported assistant does not transfer the entitlement to the assistant platform or to another user.

07 · Privacy

Stored projects and account records

Use of AI Workflow Architect is also subject to the AI Workflow Architect Privacy Policy. Authenticated use can involve stored workflow projects, generated architectures and build packs, account and organisation records, and entitlement or usage information.

08 · Third-party assistants

ChatGPT and other platforms have separate terms

ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT, its account features, conversation history and platform-level processing is separately governed by OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policy and product settings.

sisincube is not responsible for third-party assistant availability, account access, moderation, platform changes or service interruptions. If additional assistants are supported later, their own terms will also apply.

09 · Intellectual property

Your information and the AI Workflow Architect service

You retain the rights you already hold in workflow information you submit. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary to process that information and provide the requested service.

AI Workflow Architect, its software, frameworks, methods, branding, interface, documentation and service content are owned by or licensed to The UGC Playbook LTD trading as sisincube. Subject to these terms and any applicable account agreement, you may use generated outputs for your own internal business and implementation-planning purposes.

10 · Availability and changes

The service may evolve

Features, outputs, supported assistants, access requirements and availability may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. During review or pre-release periods, access may be limited to authorised users and features may change before wider availability.

Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

11 · Liability

Validate before relying on an output

To the extent permitted by applicable law, sisincube is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on incomplete or inaccurate outputs, implementation without appropriate validation, misuse of the service, third-party platform failures, or decisions made using information you supplied incorrectly.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
