Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and engaging with the information, portfolio content, case studies and service enquiry routes provided by Sisi Ncube.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the website.
About this website
This website is a portfolio and services website for Sisi Ncube. It showcases selected work, services, case studies, product builds, workflow systems, automation, AI agents, Notion setups and product UX experience.
The content is provided for general information, portfolio review and service enquiry purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, security, investment or professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
International use
This website may be accessed from different countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of this website is lawful in the place where you access it. I do not guarantee that the website, services, pricing or content are appropriate, available or lawful in every jurisdiction.
Services and enquiries
You may contact me through the website or by email to discuss workflow systems, operations design, automation, AI agents, Notion setups, internal tools, client portals, product UX or related services.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, confirm pricing, reserve capacity or require either party to proceed. Any paid work will be subject to a separate written proposal, scope, invoice, statement of work, contract or other agreed terms.
Project scope, proposals and changes
Any project scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, pricing, payment schedule, revision process, cancellation terms and handover requirements should be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.
If the scope changes, additional work, extra revisions, urgent timelines, extra meetings, new tools, new stakeholders or expanded deliverables may require a revised quote, timeline or agreement.
Pricing and availability
Any prices, starting investments or service descriptions shown on the website are provided as guidance only. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline, tools involved, number of stakeholders, support requirements and the level of custom design, automation, AI or implementation work required.
I may update website content, pricing guidance, services and availability at any time without notice. Existing accepted proposals or written agreements will continue to be governed by their own terms.
Payments, invoices and cancellations
Payment terms for any paid work will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may require a deposit, milestone payment or full payment before delivery or before certain work begins.
Late payments, refunds, cancellations, pauses, rescheduling and kill fees should be handled according to the written terms agreed for the specific project. If no separate written terms apply, I may pause work until overdue payments are resolved.
Client responsibilities
If you engage me for services, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to relevant tools, approvals, brand assets, content, account permissions and stakeholder input needed to complete the work.
You are also responsible for checking that any workflows, tools, automations, AI outputs, legal pages, forms, copy, integrations or systems are appropriate for your own business, industry, users and legal obligations before relying on them.
Third-party tools and platforms
Services may involve third-party tools or platforms such as Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, Zapier, Make, Replit, Supabase, OpenAI, analytics tools, payment tools, scheduling tools, hosting providers or other software.
Those tools are governed by their own terms, pricing, limits, security, uptime and privacy policies. I am not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, feature changes, account restrictions, API changes, data loss or platform decisions outside my control.
AI-assisted work and outputs
Some work may involve AI-assisted systems, prompts, workflows, agents, automations, generated text, summaries or structured outputs. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for certain uses and should be reviewed before being relied on.
You are responsible for reviewing, approving and using AI-assisted outputs appropriately, especially where outputs affect clients, customers, legal obligations, health, finance, employment, regulated activity or important business decisions.
No guarantee of results
I aim to provide thoughtful, practical and high-quality work. However, I do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, leads, conversion rates, search rankings, funding, approvals, productivity gains, press coverage, platform approvals or third-party results unless expressly agreed in writing.
Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, structure, case study content, visuals, brand elements, page layouts and other materials on this website are owned by Sisi Ncube or used with permission.
You may view the website for personal, internal business or evaluation purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, redistribute, train systems on, or create derivative works from the website content without written permission.
Client work and deliverable ownership
Ownership and usage rights for any paid deliverables should be agreed in the relevant proposal or written agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, I retain ownership of pre-existing materials, know-how, frameworks, templates, systems, processes, methods, design patterns, prompt structures, code patterns and reusable components developed before or outside the project.
Where final deliverables are transferred to a client, that transfer applies only to the specific agreed deliverables and does not transfer ownership of my general methods, reusable assets, portfolio style, underlying know-how or unrelated intellectual property.
Portfolio and case study use
Case studies and portfolio examples are provided to show process, thinking, design direction, product strategy and selected outcomes. They may include summaries, edited visuals, representative screenshots, condensed descriptions or anonymised details.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I may reference non-confidential work, learnings, project type, deliverable type or outcomes in my portfolio, proposals or marketing. Confidential client information will not be intentionally published without permission.
Confidentiality
If confidential information is shared during an enquiry or project, both parties should treat it with reasonable care. More detailed confidentiality obligations may be included in a separate agreement where needed.
Please do not send highly sensitive, regulated, private or confidential information until a suitable agreement and communication method are in place.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of website content.
