What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Business Workflow & Automation Audit plugin published and operated by The UGC Playbook LTD trading as sisincube. It covers the workflow information sent to the plugin when you ask it to assess a business process.
The main sisincube website has a separate site-wide privacy policy. ChatGPT and OpenAI also operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
What you may provide
The plugin can process information you choose to include in your workflow description, such as:
- the workflow or business process you want assessed;
- the roles or teams involved;
- the systems or tools used;
- workflow volume or frequency;
- where delays, chasing, duplication, errors or unclear handoffs occur;
- the desired business outcome;
- optional operational context needed to make the assessment more useful.
Purpose of processing
Submitted workflow information is used to generate the focused assessment you requested. The diagnostic evaluates factors such as manual work, workflow friction, handoff risk, system fragmentation, process readiness, automation fit, AI fit and operational risk.
The plugin is not designed to profile individuals, make employment decisions, make financial decisions, or take actions in external business systems.
No plugin account or workflow database
The plugin does not require a sisincube login, user account or email capture. sisincube does not intentionally store submitted workflow details in a dedicated plugin database. The information is processed to produce the requested assessment.
Infrastructure providers may create ordinary technical logs needed to operate, secure and diagnose the service. The service is designed so those logs do not intentionally capture the full workflow submission as application data.
Your ChatGPT conversation is separate
You access the plugin through ChatGPT. OpenAI may process and retain information in your ChatGPT conversation according to your account settings and OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policy and product controls. That processing is separate from sisincube's plugin service.
The plugin receives the information necessary for the tool call and returns the assessment to ChatGPT. sisincube does not control how OpenAI stores or uses your wider ChatGPT conversation.
No sale of workflow data
sisincube does not sell the workflow information you submit through this plugin. The plugin does not use your workflow submission for advertising or marketing profiling.
Service providers that host or deliver the plugin may process technical data as necessary to provide the service, subject to their own contractual and security obligations.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, private authentication credentials, payment-card details, government identification numbers, special-category personal data, or confidential information that is not needed for the operational assessment.
Where possible, describe systems generically and use job roles rather than named individuals.
