What the plugin provides
Business Workflow & Automation Audit is a focused business-process diagnostic. It analyses one workflow and may provide observations about workflow friction, manual work, handoffs, system fragmentation, process readiness, automation fit, AI fit, operational risk and practical next actions.
The plugin does not implement automations, access your business systems, make changes to your data, or act as an autonomous agent.
Use professional judgement
The plugin provides general operational and technology guidance based on the information you submit. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, cybersecurity, employment, compliance or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for validating recommendations against your own business context, contractual obligations, security requirements, policies, systems, budget and risk tolerance before acting on them.
Outputs depend on the input
The quality of the assessment depends on the completeness and accuracy of the workflow description you provide. Business processes often contain exceptions, undocumented dependencies and organisational context that may not be visible from a short description.
No output is guaranteed to identify every risk, bottleneck or implementation requirement. Recommendations should be treated as a starting point for investigation, not a guarantee of results.
Use the plugin responsibly
You agree not to use the plugin to:
- submit passwords, API keys, private access tokens or authentication credentials;
- submit personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the workflow assessment;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service;
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity;
- represent the plugin's output as a formal audit, certification or regulated professional opinion.
Data minimisation applies
Your use of the plugin is also subject to the plugin Privacy Policy. The plugin is designed without a sisincube login or email gate and does not intentionally store submitted workflow details in a dedicated plugin database.
ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI
The plugin is accessed through ChatGPT, a service provided by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT and the handling of your ChatGPT account, conversation history and platform data are separately governed by OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policy and product settings.
sisincube is not responsible for ChatGPT availability, account access, platform-level features or changes made by OpenAI.
Links and follow-on services
The plugin may link to the Smarter Operations Audit or other sisincube services. Choosing to use a separate service does not form part of the free plugin assessment and may be subject to additional terms, privacy notices or commercial agreements.
Ownership
The plugin framework, branding, assessment structure, written materials and associated sisincube website content are owned by or licensed to The UGC Playbook LTD trading as sisincube. You may use the assessment output for your own internal business purposes.
You may not copy, repackage or present the plugin itself as your own product or service without permission.
The service may evolve
The plugin may be updated, changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features, diagnostic logic, availability and supported ChatGPT functionality may change as the product and host platform evolve.
No guarantee of business outcome
To the extent permitted by applicable law, sisincube is not responsible for losses arising from relying solely on the plugin output, implementing recommendations without appropriate validation, or decisions made using incomplete or inaccurate workflow information.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
